MEKATECH ROMANAZZI, in addition to the production of molds and equipment for normal and deep drawing, sheet shearing, spindles for sheet ironing (Strech Forming), is specialized in the construction of molds for the sintering of technical ceramic powders (dry and wet) with molds with multiple movements.

Since the mold is a real tool that allows us to obtain our “Finished” piece, our company uses, in addition to CNC machine tools (machining centers, lathes, EDM) and traditional, including CAD-CAM software to optimize and improve the entire equipment … and these molds range from the simplest to real concentrates of technology.
Furthermore, together with the customer, we can study the characteristics of the product and, where necessary, make changes to improve the physical capacity of the piece itself.
